Getting Started RIGHT!

You have decided that the opportunity is Phenomenal. You've signed up to be an independent distributor with Ardyss International. You've also decided that the ongoing training and support offered by our team can help you meet your goals in this business so you've joined our team. You have ordered your power pack and your garments and new membership package are on the way via fedex, so now what .... This is not a get rich quick scheme it's an opportunity and a lucrative opportunity if you work the business. If you follow the outline below you WILL be off to a great start and your business WILL be successful beginning month one.

The Quick 5

If you have lofty goals and you are ready to make money NOW then These are the 5 things that you must do in order to be successful in the business, No exceptions!

1) What are your personal Goals? How much money do you want to make a month in this business??? Write out 5 things that you want to accomplish as a result of this business and how soon. Share this list with your upline.

2) Make a list of resources, who are your co-workers, family/friends, neighbors, whom do you do business with, etc? Please write down all these names & contact information make a list of at least 100-300 people. Start with your cell phone, facebook friends and email address book. Work with your upline on ways to reach out to the people on your list. Remember don't think about who "needs" the garments or nutritional products or who you "think" will do the business list everyone. Send a letter or press release via snail mail and email announcing your business and information on the products and business opportunity. Call them and tell them about your business and ask them if they can support your business by hosting a showcase. Remember men and women are great prospects and you'd be surprised by those that are interested, often it is those that you were "sure" wouldn't be interested that become the best distributors.

3) Book your 1st showcase NOW; You should book it within the first 24-48 hours after joining the business. Please pass this on to your teams, as you build it. (You will begin to build a team with this process)

4) Conference calls, training calls, meetings, etc. This is how you will learn the business, stay connected and motivated. Go to the team meetings and all opportunity meetings. Even if you don't have a Guest to attend, this keeps YOU very excited and you are able to pass on that same excitement as you speak to your prospects. Form a Lifeline to your Team mates: for ex: when you get a new rep, get them on a Conf call with your up-line, introduce them and let them know they are not out here all alone, if you are not available. Have a 3-way conference call with them and you can have at least 2 people on this call with your up-lines. Visit www.reshapeatlanta.com for conference call and meeting information. If you are in a different city or state than your upline you can still benefit from training via conference calls and your upline can also connect you with meetings in your local area.

5) Take MASSIVE ACTION: This is how you get to the TOP of this business at a faster pace than most. Schedule at least 3-4 Showcases per week (this can be one on ones, home showcases, bringing guest to hotel showcases, etc), do several 3-way conference calls with your prospects and mentors. Don't go a day without selling Body Magic or a product; approach at least 10 people a day. Ask the magic question: "Who do you know who would like to drop 2-3 sizes in only 10 minutes without diet, surgery or pills???" Start off with a compliment to break the ice, and then go into your pitch. It's real easy. GET BUSINESS CARDS ASAP, CAR MAGNETS or Window Decals are great marketing tools also.

Growing Your Business through Successful Showcases!

As we approach October and begin a new month, I thought we'd talk about the pulse of our business, which is having showcases.

What is a showcase? If you are a new Ardyss distributor you may be wondering what exactly is a showcase. A showcase is an event with a few or perhaps a lot of potential customers and/or distributors. They gather to learn more about Ardyss products and the Ardyss business opportunity. A showcase can be hosted by an Ardyss distributor or hosted by a third party who agrees to gather their family and friends for an Ardyss distributor to showcase his/her business and products.

What do you do at a showcase? The goal of a showcase is to ignite interest in our products and business opportunity and result in the sells and new distributors for your team. The Ardyss distributor displays garments and other products and conducts a presentation about the features and benefits of our garments. Typically, the distributor will ask for volunteer models (1 or 2) and will measure, fit and put the model's in one of our amazing garments. Remember, seeing the amazing transformations is what excites potential customers and distributors. After the transformations the distributor informs the attendees on how they can purchase their own garments, by becoming a retail customer or a distributor. He or she also discusses the prices for each option. Following that discussion the distributor conducts free fittings and try-ons for all of the guest. It is important to get people in the garment. Seeing others transform excites them but seeing their own transformation is what will make them purchase and/or join your team as a distributor. You will also take orders and payments at the showcase.

How often should you have showcases? As often as possible and no less than 3-4 a month. Showcases will keep your business growing.

How soon after joining should you have your first showcase? As soon as possible! This is essential to helping you reach your power start goals. Within your first week of joining you should have 3-4 showcases schedule within the next 30 days. This ensures momentum for your business.

How do you get people to host showcases? There are several ways. First of all excitement is contagious. If you are excited about your new business and our phenomenal products those that you interact with will also be excited. I recommend starting by hosting your own first showcase. Your sponsor/enroller should assist you with doing your first showcase, if possible. When you start your new business as an distributor for Ardyss International you should send a press release style announcement via snail mail and email to all of your family, friends and acquaintances announcing your new business venture. You should do this right after joining. This will begin to build buzz. Shortly after that you should call everyone you mailed to see if they got your announcement and let them know that you will be hosting a showcase to launch your new business and you would really appreciate it if they came out to support you. You can also follow up with an evite, but remember personal contact is essential in ensuring a good turn out. A day or 2 before you should also follow up with phone calls either thanking them for RSVPing or confirming their attendance because they havn't responded to your invite. If you get voicemail leave a message sounding excited and assumptive. You are assuming they will be there and look forward to seeing them and once again Thank them for their support. At your showcase, people will either become customers or distributors. As your showcase concludes you should ask for a show of hands of people who would like you to do a showcase for their family and friends. You will get their contact number, decide on a date and book your next round of showcases on the spot as they are signing up or placing their orders. Their will also be some that are unable to attend you should contact them and let them know you are sorry they couldn't attend but you'd love to set up a private showcase for them and their family and friends.

What do I need to do a showcase? A garment, your tape measure, a price list, a catalog of our products (which came in your membership kit), preferably a sample of garments for try-ons and someone from your upline to help you conduct your showcases (at least in the beginning.) If you are just getting started talk to your upline about providing try-ons for you until you build up your own inventory of try-ons. More than anything, you need to be professional, have your garment/Body Magic on, look fabulous, be prepared and friendly. Remember people buy from people they like and those who are considering the business opportunity are watching you to see if you know enough to teach them to suceed in their own business.

How many people do I need to do a showcase? 1, an informal showcase is anytime you are showing the products and/or discussing the Ardyss business opportunity with a perspective. I recommend keeping your business cards, garments and order forms in your car. You will be surprised how often people will ask if you have a garment to show them when you mention what type of business you own.

What's in it for the host? Well that depends on you. It's your business and you can decide on host gifts. Just remember people usually want to know what's in it for them. If they are considering the business opportunity they can earn their power pack through sales at their showcase. That is a huge motivator for those considering becoming a distributor. 2 body magic sales at retail price will get them a power pack with no out of pocket expense. However, most people prefer to pay for their power pack so they can get garments to start building their inventory, but for those who can't afford the initial investment hosting a showcase is a great option. For others who just want to host and not become a distributor you can offer discounts on products based on the sales at their showcase or reshaping party. Offering a host gift is not always necessary many people simply want to support your business and/or had a great time at the showcase they attended and want to experience the same with their own circle of friends and family.

If you are new to the business, call your enroller TODAY and discuss booking at least 4 showcases in the next 30 days. If you have been in the business for a while reach out to your customers and others who have shown interest in supporting your business and book at least 4 showcases in the next 30 days. Co-workers, family, friends, others whose businesses you patronize, children's friends, teachers, coaches, neighbors... I could go on forever. Just remember this business is changing lives everyday, however you have to do your part. If you knew for a fact that by conducting 1 showcase every week you could earn thousands of dollars per month ... would you do it? Well, I am telling you first hand that you can if you duplicate the system that has helped so many of us succeed in this business.

What did you get when you joined our team of Ardyss International distributors? Great products, the potential to make great money, a team of positive and successful men and women, ongoing training and support and most of all the hope and excitement that goes along with knowing that you have the opportunity to literally change your life and assist others to do the same.

Remember this is your business and unlike many jobs, the harder and/or smarter you work the higher the reward. Work on your business everyday and you will see results. Those who are working the business part time may only put in 30 minutes a day, while others with hefty and immediate goals may spend hours a day marketing, making phone calls, training, presenting, etc. It's your business and only you know your goals. Welcome to Reshape Atlanta's Blog! My name is Dee Keels and I am an independent distributor with Ardyss International and one of the leaders of Reshape Atlanta and the many Reshape teams across the country. I completed my first month with Ardyss International in June 2009 and the experience has been unbelievable!!!!! In 5 short months my husband and I have helped to build a team of over 75 distributors. We are currently Managers with Ardyss International and plan to reach the rank of President before the end of the year.

We have been able to accomplish this through the great leadership of the God Mother herself Dorothy Cook and my upline Belinda James and Miatta Smith. We have used their example to sponsor, train, motivate and lead our phenomenal team of distributors all over the country. Since June we have developed not only Reshape Atlanta but Reshape Maryland, Reshape Florida, Reshape New Orleans, Reshape New Jersey, Reshape Cali and many more.

As a fulltime wife, mother of 3 and HR professional in corporate America I understand firsthand how important it is to be self employed and self sufficient. I also understand that there are several hard working people who are going through tough financial times due to the economy. Furthermore, I know that financial woes can cause stress on every part of our lives (health, family life, etc). My team and I are providing people with an alternative. I have personally seen the business opportunity with Ardyss International change many lives, mine included, and my passion in life has become..
